Web-based Systems

We have developed many web sites and software systems that run over the web. These include the following systems.

Web-based Subscriptions and Fulfilments Esystem (SaFe)

This is a system designed to support the online subscription to products which require regular fulfilment to the subscriber. Whilst originally designed for items such as periodicals, magazines and newspapers it could easily be used for other items such as dispatching a regular supply of salt for water softeners or monthly supplies of contact-lens materials. In fact, any item where regular provision is needed to the customer is paramount.

Web-based Recruitment System

This is a system supports employers registering and advertising job positions over the web. Applicants may visit the site and view potential jobs of interest. It is a low-cost system for any one looking to enter the web-based recruitment market.

Web-based Property Database System

This is a system that allow properties to be maintained online and for other websites (agencies) to present the properties as their "own" without being affected by branding issues of the primary agency that is advertising the property

Web-based Resident's Association System

This is a system to allow a community of residents to communicate between themselves, with their committee and with the legal administrators of their community. It allows registration of residents, updating of resident's details, problem (snagging) lists, downloading of relevant forms and documents (e.g. minutes of AGMs). For the community and administrator a database of all resident's registrations is available to support mailing of residents for events such as AGMs. Residents may email the committee and administrator and also the administrator and committee may email residents. Residents may email one another or obtain contact details, subject to the permission of the resident. Many more features including a forum to allow free interchange of information.

Web-based 'Simple' Forum System

Many forums systems are too complex. they assume the users are very proficient in using software and computer. We have developed a forum that is very easy to use. Simple Forum features include, creation of topics, ability to create messages and reply to them. Ability to update any message. Indication of new messages. Notification emails reporting updates to the forum.

Web & Email Hosting
